All 2D floor plans, 3D concept renderings, and technical drawings prepared by Sterling Designs remain the intellectual property of Sterling Designs unless confirmed under a signed fabrication work order.
Production commences upon written sign-off of the approved 3D rendering and scheduled advance mobilization. Exhibitors are responsible for providing venue stall possession permissions and electrical load applications on time.
All commercial agreements are governed by the laws of India under the jurisdiction of Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
